Blaxtair is an AI-powered 3D smart camera system that detects pedestrians around industrial vehicles in real-time, automatically alerting operators to prevent collisions in harsh environments. Blaxtair has been sold to over 18,000 units across more than 50 countries, helping companies achieve their zero-accident safety goals.
When Arcure came to us, the wanted to pack all their system in a simple Pelicase to use for demonstration purposes. The challenges were multiple :
- Prototyping the layouts and internal organization to make a workable and well adapted product.
- Adapting the system for the use in a demo case, making it battery powered, adding external screens, simulating inputs…
- Splicing and managing all the cabling with as much on the shelves products.
- Documenting and robustifying the process in order to be able to produce around 20 units.
